6" serves around 10-12 large slices/ 20 small finger portions. 8" serves around 18-20 large slices/ 40 small finger portions. Cake shown is 6" size.

Storage and shelf life: Cake should be stored in fridge and taken out 1-2 hrs before serving. Remove sugar rainbow topper and store flat separately outside fridge if for long period to keep firm. Stays fresh up to 3 days at its best.
