6" serves around 10-12 large slices/ 20 finger portions. 8" serves around 20 large slices/ 40 finger portions.

Storage and shelf life: Cake should be stored in fridge and taken out 1-2 hrs before serving. Stays fresh at least 5 days at its best, wrapped in fridge.
